AlatiphA removed and reinstated by Google Team
This morning, at around 10.40am we received a mail saying that, “Your blog titled "http://alatipha.blogspot.com/" was flagged to us for review. We have determined that it violates our guidelines and have made the URL http://alatipha.blogspot.com/ unavailable to blog readers.”
The reason for the take down was given as, “Your content has violated our PHISHING policy.” As to what that means, we're still trying to decipher that.

We tried to access the blog from the mail by clicking on one of the links above, and the blog was really missing. Then, it dawned on us that, our ten (10) years toil is going down the drain. We quickly asked for a REVIEW.
After 3 hours, we received another mail restoring the blog. Our review received a favourable reply.

The mail said, “We have re-evaluated your blog against Blogger Community Guidelines https://blogger.com/go/contentpolicy. Upon review, the blog has been reinstated.”
We're grateful for the reinstatement but why can't Blogger/Google Team tell us what the actual problem is, so that we can fix it to avoid re - removing?
We know, we have added some codes to block copying, printing of some webpages and blocked downloading of some ebooks due to stealing of contents without acknowledgement. This, we suspect, is likely to infuriate readers for them to report us wrongly.
Yesterday, we received a message from a reader requesting for access to "ICT for JHS.pdf". We have been receiving similar requests, which we have never allowed because of the stealing of our contents.

It is very frustrating trying to decipher the reason for the take down. It is equally frustrating that there is no way to know the reason for the take down.
Almighty Google, we all know, will continue to remove blogs heavy-handedly. What can one do???
