The Ghana Education Service (GES) has given a deadline for the submission of School Performance Improvement Plans (SPIP) and School Performance Partnership Plans (SPPP) to enable the heads of schools to sign the performance contract.

A release signed by the Director-General of GES, Prof Kwasi Opoku, indicates that all Regional and District Directors are kindly requested to supervise the preparation of SPIP and SPPP at the first and Second Cycle institution respectively as part of preparations towards signing of 2021 Performance Contract by all public schools.

Directors are however urged to ensure that schools use the existing templates to prepare their plans and also set realistic targets in their results statements.

The SPIP and SPPP should be ready latest by 23d July 2021 for the signing of the performance contract.
