Former AIDS Ambassador Joyce Dzidzor Blasts Yvonne Nelson, Sark and CO On Dumsor

It's a pity to see Yvonne Nelson, Sarkodie ETC who Knows nothing about Ghana's history as far as energy is concerned speak as if our president doesn't know his left and right.

Dumsor started years ago under President John Agyekum Kuffour's administration when Ghana went through a painful erratic power supply before Mahama came to power.

Under former president kufour',s administration, there was Dumsor but he also did his best but yet the situation wasn't properly rectified which is giving Ghanaians more challenging times now.

In my opinion, I don't think any president will enjoy being criticized for this long if he knows or have an immediate solution to a particular challenge.

No president is perfect but I think President Mahama is human and knows good from bad.

Enough is enough. Ghanaians should show a little respect to our leaders and stop insulting them , in the name of Freedom of speech.

What at all will president mahama benefit in deliberately seeing Ghanaians to suffer with dumsor for this long?

I think Yvonne Nelson and co are just looking for unnecessary attention from Ghanaians. Because as it stands now the so call celebrities haven't come out with any suggestion on how this Dumsor can be solved.

We should all support President Mahama has he promise to solve dumsor permanently.

Yes we all want? DUMSOR TO STOP? But not just stop for our generation but stop forever, so lets allow the president to work for us

UDS Vice Chancellor kicks against conversion of polytechnics into universities

Vice Chancellor of the University for Development Studies (UDS) Prof. Gabriel Ayum Teye has made a case against the planned conversion of polytechnics into universities. According to him, the move will only increase the graduate unemployment population which currently stands at 300,000. This is according to data from the Institute of Statistical and Economic Research (ISSER). “Now we have 10 public universities that produce graduates and by next month we will have 16 public universities in Ghana. “So if you’re having problems with 10 and you add another 6 to it making 16 are you solving the problem or compounding it,” he queried. Gov’t Intervenes As Court Orders Auctioning Of GHANASCO Cars

The Northern Regional Director of Education, Mohammed Haroon Cambodia has confirmed government will be paying a staggering GHC400,000 as judgment debt to a private citizen in order to stop the auctioning of vehicles belonging to the Ghana Senior High School in Tamale. Government is offering the bailout following a chronic transport difficulty that has hit the school for the last two years after a court order impounded the only bus for students and a brand new official pickup vehicle. Two Nissan patrol vehicles belonging to the Education directorate were also taken by the court. The vehicles were confiscated to be auctioned to pay up salary arrears of a former headmaster of the school who accused the school and education service of injustices including inappropriate dismissal and concealing his promotion letter. Late Lionel Mahama was dismissed as headmaster of the school in 1997. His salary was blocked for years until a CHRAJ ruled in his favor and ordered his reinstateme
