The stupidest!

Mr. Azu and his friend Oko, were arguing about their sons. Mr. Azu argued that his son was more stupid than Oko's son. Oko however disagreed so, they decided to put their sons to test.

Mr. Azu called his son and asked that he buys him a box of matches from the market. The boy left without even asking for money. Mr. Azu said, "yousee how stupid he is, he didn't even ask for money". Oko retorted, "is this what you call foolishness?, just wait and see."

Oko calls his son and said to him, "Go home and check if I am in the house." Oko's son took to his heels and came back panting: "Papa, you no dey house. Mama say you dey your friend place."

2021 BECE School Selection Reforms

The Ghana Education Service has reformed the school selection placement process leading to the introduction of three 2021 BECE School Selection Reforms.  The changes are as follows:   1. Number of schools to be selected  Each candidate will select 6 schools. Prior to 2021, BECE candidates choose only 5 schools during the school selection phase of the BECE registration. This implies candidates will now have schools ranging from category A to F this year.    2. School categories updated  The GES has updated the schools and the categories they belonged to. This means that a school that was in say category B may either move to category A or C or any other based on the GES criteria for classifying the Senior High Schools captured in the school list for the 2021 BECE candidates.  3 . MMDCEs nominees list of 260: 38 women made it

The Minister of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development, Mr Dan Botwe, on Sunday afternoon, September 19, 2021, released the list of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) nominees by President Akufo-Addo. The list contains 260 MMDCEs to head the 260 Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the 16 political administrative regions of the country. Out of the number, 38 are women with the remaining 222 being men. The Greater Accra region topped the list of regions with the highest number of women MMDCEs. It had eight (8) women MMDCEs. It was followed by the Eastern and Ashanti regions with five (5) and four (4) respectively. Western North and Ahafo regions did not have any women on their list.
