Confusion rocks NPP congress in Tamale

The timely intervention of security personnel stopped the ongoing NPP super delegates congress  in Tamale from turning bloody.

Confusion broke out when one of the delegates after casting his vote displayed it to the gathering.

Agents of some of the aspirants got furious about his conduct and demanded nullification of his vote.

The confusion ended the smooth conduct of the exercise which lasted for close to 10 minutes.

Voting started at 10:04 am but sanity is prevailing after the confusion and the exercise is expected to be over anytime soon.

Some of the delgates also shot their votes on their cellular and showed them to the party supporters to indicate their stand.
