Unopened Items

Any unopened product still in factory-sealed packaging may be refunded or exchanged within Two (2) weeks or Fourteen (14) days of original purchase date. Original receipts are required and refunds will be given based on original payment method used at purchase.


Opened Items

Opened products must be exchanged or returned for store credit with a 20% restocking fee. All opened products must be in like-new condition and with all packing materials and original receipts. No refunds or exchanges will be given after Fourteen (14) days of purchase.


Preowned Devices

Any preowned devices may be refunded or exchanged within Fourteen (14) days of original purchase date. Devices that contain customer information or have been set-up will incur a 20% restocking fee. Original receipts are required and refunds will be given based on payment method.


Defective Devices/Items

Defective devices/items may be returned for same-product exchange, or store credit. All defective items must be tested and verified before we are able to offer exchange or store credit.


Non-returnable Products

Products not eligible for refund, return or exchange include opened software, products that have been tampered with, damage caused deliberately or out of negligence, opened printers, special orders, gift certificates and products not accompanied with original receipts and or packaging.


Cash Refunds

No in-store cash refunds will be made to customers. KAT will refund cash purchases by cheque either directly issued to customer or mailed to customer within 7 to 10 business days.


General

o The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

o Please save all packaging until you determine that your product is working correctly.

o Defective products should be returned as quickly as possible (preferably within one week) for a full refund. Please inspect your product(s) upon receipt and report defects to a KAT sales outlet immediately.

o Some products are not eligible for return. Please discuss with our sales staff prior to your purchase if you have any questions.

o No refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale.

o All returns outside of this return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Dagbon Traditional Council  Dagboŋ Traditional Council Meets on Regional Reorganization Saturday, 23 December 2017 The Regent of Dagboŋ, and acting President of the Dagboŋ Traditional Council, Kampakuya-Naa, Andani Yakubu Abdulai called a special Expanded Council meeting to discuss the Government initiated Constitutional processes on Regional Reorganization. A leader is a thinking individual and a political being. He must have a trained mind, an analytical disposition and the vision to move his nation forward. Mere ambition is not enough, If wishes were horses, beggars will ride. Advisers are not enough, since an adviser, should not be a teacher on elementary concepts, which the leader should have been seized of, if he had learned about relevant concepts earlier in life before dabbling in politics, because of lack of any other things to do!!! Gov’t Intervenes As Court Orders Auctioning Of GHANASCO Cars

The Northern Regional Director of Education, Mohammed Haroon Cambodia has confirmed government will be paying a staggering GHC400,000 as judgment debt to a private citizen in order to stop the auctioning of vehicles belonging to the Ghana Senior High School in Tamale. Government is offering the bailout following a chronic transport difficulty that has hit the school for the last two years after a court order impounded the only bus for students and a brand new official pickup vehicle. Two Nissan patrol vehicles belonging to the Education directorate were also taken by the court. The vehicles were confiscated to be auctioned to pay up salary arrears of a former headmaster of the school who accused the school and education service of injustices including inappropriate dismissal and concealing his promotion letter. Late Lionel Mahama was dismissed as headmaster of the school in 1997. His salary was blocked for years until a CHRAJ ruled in his favor and ordered his reinstateme
