Mahama is destined to win 2016 election - Prophet

The founder and general overseer of Word Victory Chapel International, Prophet Doctor Emmanuel Kofi Enim has prophesied victory for President John Dramani Mahama in the 2016 general election.

He has also prophesied that the 2012 presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, would emerge as the winner in the NPP congress on Sunday.

He said God revealed the victory of President Mahama to him through a vision and has asked him to make it known to Ghanaians as a sign of God’s endorsement of the President.

“In a very explicit vision, I saw the president seated on a presidential seat and clad in a White wear with an inscription, 2016. I asked God the meaning of the vision and He told me President Mahama is destined to win the 2016 general election and would be enthroned for the second time as president,” he told the Ghanaian Times yesterday in Accra.

According to him, the vision was not borne out of political motivation or affiliations but as a neutral voter and a son of a staunch NPP supporter, he was only blessed with the vision and shared with the church members on Wednesday, August 27.

“I have had similar visions. Before this year’s March 6, I prophesied that there would be a heavy downpour during the 6th March celebrations, and I therefore suggested that the celebration be postponed,” he said.

According to him, the current development and economic challenges faced by the country were all plans of God to make his power known to the President and Ghanaians, and that in due time, God shall bring about a great change through the President that would attract the votes of majority of Ghanaians.

“Nothing in this world can change this prophesy. Not even the current hardship and the devilish plots masterminded by the enemies of the President can change it. President Mahama is destined to win 2016 election, and it shall be so,” he said.

Pro. Dr. Enim urged the President to repose confidence and hope in God and be rest assured that God has his back and will make him successful.

“No man can change what God has said. The President should remain focused on his priorities and surely he shall come out victorious in the 2016 general election.”

District Assembly’s Vehicles Seized Over Indebtedness

A Bolgatanga High Court has impounded two vehicles belonging to the Talensi District Assembly for its inability to pay its debt to Tomore and Sons Company Ltd. The two cars are the official black Nissan Patrol of the District Chief Executive, with registration number GN 1790-11, and a red Navara Pick-Up with registration number GT 3591-11, which is the official vehicle for the District Coordinating Director. Tomore and Sons Company Ltd is demanding a total amount of GH¢ 81,345 from the Talensi District Assembly. The total debt comprises the principal amount of GH¢51,000, an interest of GH¢25,245 accrued from October 2012 to October 2014, and the legal cost of GH¢5,100. In October 2011, Tomore and Son Company Ltd, a construction firm, was awarded a contract by the Talensi District Assembly, then the Talensi-Nabdam District Assembly, to build a one-unit three classroom block with a store, four seater KVIP and urinal at Woog, all valued at GH¢60,000. Fire guts NORRIP warehouse

A warehouse belonging to the Northern Regional Rural Integrated Programme (NORRIP) in Tamale was yesterday destroyed by fire. The cause of the fire, which was said to have begun at about 1:45 p.m. yesterday, is yet to be established. Items However, items destroyed at the facility included vulcanising machines, wielding machines, car spare parts, refrigerators, mattresses, beds, furniture, pumping machines, air filters, and four 20-footer containers containing varied household items. In an interview with the Daily Graphic, the acting Programme Manager of NORRIP, Mr Henry Ankrah, said his attention was drawn to the fire at about 2 p.m. by some staff members at the United Nations (UN) offices, which was close to the warehouse. He said when he heard about the fire incident, he quickly called personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS). Gov’t Intervenes As Court Orders Auctioning Of GHANASCO Cars

The Northern Regional Director of Education, Mohammed Haroon Cambodia has confirmed government will be paying a staggering GHC400,000 as judgment debt to a private citizen in order to stop the auctioning of vehicles belonging to the Ghana Senior High School in Tamale. Government is offering the bailout following a chronic transport difficulty that has hit the school for the last two years after a court order impounded the only bus for students and a brand new official pickup vehicle. Two Nissan patrol vehicles belonging to the Education directorate were also taken by the court. The vehicles were confiscated to be auctioned to pay up salary arrears of a former headmaster of the school who accused the school and education service of injustices including inappropriate dismissal and concealing his promotion letter.
