Licensing & Activation

Q1. Where do I find the add-ins in Excel?
You'll see a new add-in tab (e.g. AlatiphA xCases) in the Excel ribbon.
Q2. How do I activate the AlatiphA add-ins for the first time?
When you open the add-in for the first time, you'll be prompted to start a 7-day free trial. Accept the EULA by checking “I have read and agreed to EULA!” and click the Trial button.
Q3. Do I need internet to activate AlatiphA add-ins?
No, internet access is not required for trial or license activation.
Q4. My trial expired. What do I do?
You'll need to purchase a subscription key. A message will guide you through the steps.
Q5. How do I purchase a subscription key?
Click the add-in tab, go to Help & Subscribe, and choose Buy Subscription. Follow the instructions in the prompt.
Q6. How long does a subscription last?
Durations range from 30 days to 10,000 days (lifetime). Once a duration is used, it cannot be reused.
Q7. My subscription expired. What should I do?
Buy a new subscription with a different duration to continue using the add-in.
Q8. Can I use the same key on multiple PCs?
No. Licenses are linked to one PC. They cannot be transferred.

Q9. How do I check for updates?
Click the add-in tab, go to Help & Subscribe, and click Check for Updates.
Q10. How are updates verified?
Updates are downloaded via secure URL and verified with SHA256 before installation.
Q11. My auto-update failed. What should I do?
Ensure internet access and approve the installation when prompted.
Q12. Can I manually update the add-in?
Yes. Contact the developer to get the latest version and replace the old file manually.
