A man had a dream and went to a mallam for interpretation. Man: I had a dream and I was on horse and the horse was galloping. Mallam: Hmmm, that is a sign of richness. Man: The horse then started running. Mallam: You will be rich very soon. Man: Then the horse started very running fast. Mallam: Kai, that is a sign of death. Man: I quickly jumped down. Mallam: You will be the most poorest person in the world as it happened that way. Man: I quickly climbed up again. Mallam: Mmm, you will die soon. Man: I jumped down. Climbed up, jumped down, climbed up, and all of a sudden, I woked up. I can not best tell whether I was jumping down or climbing up again? Friends can you guess what this man was eager to get and what he was afraid of?

If leaders are fearful, hesitant to take any risks, or overly concerned for their ego and reputation, then this invariably filters its way through the entire group and makes effective action impossible. Complaining and haranguing people to work harder has a counterproductive effect. You must adopt the opposite style: imbue your troops with the proper spirit through your actions, not words. They see you working harder than anyone, holding yourself to the highest standards, taking risks with confidence, and making tough decisions. This inspires and binds the group together. Gov’t Intervenes As Court Orders Auctioning Of GHANASCO Cars

The Northern Regional Director of Education, Mohammed Haroon Cambodia has confirmed government will be paying a staggering GHC400,000 as judgment debt to a private citizen in order to stop the auctioning of vehicles belonging to the Ghana Senior High School in Tamale. Government is offering the bailout following a chronic transport difficulty that has hit the school for the last two years after a court order impounded the only bus for students and a brand new official pickup vehicle. Two Nissan patrol vehicles belonging to the Education directorate were also taken by the court. The vehicles were confiscated to be auctioned to pay up salary arrears of a former headmaster of the school who accused the school and education service of injustices including inappropriate dismissal and concealing his promotion letter. Late Lionel Mahama was dismissed as headmaster of the school in 1997. His salary was blocked for years until a CHRAJ ruled in his favor and ordered his reinstateme
